AGP Investments has been in the real estate investment business since 1978. We started out developing residential subdivisions in Hawthorn Woods, Long Grove, McHenry and Spring Grove along with building custom homes. In the 80's we started purchasing properties as rentals, both commercial and residential. Today we have over 40 single-family homes, 3 multi-family homes and 4 commercial properties and continue to build homes in the area.
